Ingredients:
1. Cooked bonless chicken - 1 cup, cooked with salt & 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
2. Onion - 1
3. Green chili -2,3 tbsp
4. Mayonnaise -2,3
5. Salt
6. Bread-4-6 slices
7. Tabasco sauce -2 tsp (optional)
8. Latus salad
Directions:
Mince together the cooked chicken, onion and green chili in a food processor or blender. Add
mayonnaise and salt to this and mix well. Make it in a paste form. Remove the crusts from the
bread slices. Apply the chicken mix to one bread piece and sandwich with other one. Add latus
salad with chicken when served.
